How we handle your information

Kalsi & Khaira (Century 21 Coastal Realty Ltd.) runs this eligibility check. We follow BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and collect only what we need.

Your answers stay in your browser

The eligibility check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are saved on your own device so you can come back to them, and they aren't sent to us unless you choose to send them with the contact form. To erase them, click "Start over" on the results screen or clear your browser's site data.

What we collect if you contact us

If you fill in the contact form and tick the consent box, we receive your name, email, phone number, your buying timeline, your message, and your answers to the eligibility questions. We use them only to review your situation and contact you about your home purchase. We never ask for your Social Insurance Number.

Your request goes into our client management system (CRM), and we get an email alert through our email provider, Resend. We keep it in our client records while we're working with you, and we don't sell or share it with anyone else.

If you tick "Text me too", we may also send you text messages about your home purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Advertising cookies

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work. It tells Meta that a page was visited, which steps of the eligibility check were reached, and that a contact request was sent. It does not send your answers, results, name, email or phone number. You can manage ad tracking in your Facebook settings and your browser.

Your choices
